All products offered on our website are made/cut to order.  Therefore, all sales are final at the time of purchase.  In addition, please be sure that the information you provide for personalization is correct when placing your order.  Dizzy Designer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided to us and is not responsible for correcting any information after the order has been placed.  There will be a charge for correcting any errors.

Any packages returned to Dizzy Designer due to incorrect address will be refunded to the customer less the original shipping charges plus a 10% fee.

Paint Club Monthly Subscription  If you need to cancel your monthly membership you can do so by emailingme at least 48 hours prior to your draft date. You will continue to have access to the Paint Club until the end of your paid month..

Annual memberships and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refund will be given. You will continue to have access to the Craft Club through the end of your paid year. 

Paint Workshops/Events Payment is due in full prior to your event.  A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your event.  No shows will not be rescheduled or refunded!!

Flat rate shipping on all orders $8, FREE shipping on orders over $75. Dizzy Designer ships all packages through USPS or UPS. Tracking information is added to your order once your package has shipped.Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for transit times or damage to your package/items. All packages are shipped with insurance. If your package arrives damaged it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim.We do not ship outside the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.If your package is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 10% fee.
